Dr. Meghan Denney graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in animal science then obtained her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Ross University. She completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University. Meghan is a native Texan who has always had a love for all things furry. Her mother is also a veterinarian so it runs in the family 🙂
She has never been without a dog or cat to cuddle with at night. There are 2 dogs that claim space in her heart named “Aspen” and “Ariel”. Aspen is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is always up for cuddles and Ariel, a Boykin Spaniel, is her husband’s treasured hunting dog. She also shares her life, bed, and sinks with 2 fantastic, furry felines “The Munch” and “Gabriel.”
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Sarah grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and has always had a passion for working with animals. She held numerous positions as a kennel technician at local Animal Hospitals as a teenager and continued this through her college years.
She attended the University of Delaware and received her Bachelor’s in Animal Science in 2009. She moved to Texas in 2011 where she obtained her Associates in Veterinary Technology and is now a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Sarah also has 4 pets of her own, 3 cats (Bonnie, Clyde and Earl) and a Tibetan Spaniel named Rumor.
Ashley knew at a young age that she wanted to work with animals. After high school she went to the Vet Tech Institute in Houston and graduated with her associates degree in animal science. She worked at a clinic in Sugar Land for 8 years, until she met her husband Chris, got married and started a family. She took two years off to be a stay at home mom and raise their son Jase. Naturally she couldn’t stay away for long. Being from the area she was excited when she found Dr. Denney and 4 Paws and could go back to doing what she loved while being closer to home.
She loves dentistry and surgery, along with critical care and the occasional emergency. Outside of work she loves doing anything outdoors and spending time with her family and pets. Whiskey a pitbull rescue, Chunk a Boston Terrier, her cat Jay, Cogburn the rooster and Cash the pig.
Jenifer has been in the veterinary field for over 10 years. Starting as a veterinary assistant, right out of high school, to working her way up to veterinary technician a few years later. She has always been very passionate about helping and caring for animals. A few of her favorite parts of the job are assisting in surgical procedures, dentistry and most of all; she loves educating and interacting with you and your beloved pets. She has 5 pets, Two dogs; Tommy (Siberian Husky) and EJ (dachshund). One tuxedo cat named Moo and two snakes named Kita (Ball python) and Binx (Black Mexican kingsnake). Talk about a house full. Am I right?
Howdy! My name is Katherine and I have been working here for about a year now. I am going to study at Texas A&M in the fall so you’ll periodically see me on weekends and holidays. Outside of work I love taking care of plants, working out, fishing, and traveling! My favorite part of working here is by far the puppies and kittens; you just never get tired of seeing them and they always brighten your day! I also love watching surgical procedures. I have a lot of pets at home and have always grown up around animals. I have one belgian malinois/german shepherd mix (Buddy), a golden retriever/yellow lab mix (Oliver), four cats (Clover, Bella, Peanut, and Sandy), one duck (Bumblebee), and a chicken! I knew from a young age that I needed a job that impacted people and was hands-on. I love the medical field and I can’t wait to see where I end up in the near future! Hope to see your furry pets soon, gigs!
