Important information about COVID-19
Dear Four Paws Clients,
We hope this message finds all of you still healthy and staying safe. We are working hard to keep our hospital open to take care of you and your pet’s needs. As we navigate these uncertain times, we will be making some changes starting Monday March 23. Following American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and Texas Veterinary Medical Association recommendations we will be moving to curbside service only until the CDC declares social distancing over. This will protect our client’s health and well-being while also limiting our staff’s exposure.
I. Curbside service/or drop offs only with the exception of emergencies. Drop offs need to be scheduled ahead of time if possible.
II. Please call the clinic at (281) 801-1444 when you are parked in our parking lot and one of our veterinary technicians will come and get your pet and bring them inside. All dogs must be on leash and all cats must be in a carrier.
III. GRAB and GO service: If you are needing to refill medications or picking up medication please call and let us know when you are here and we will bring it out to you. We will be having you pre-pay so when you get here staff can run it directly out. Please call when you are parked outside.
Please remember we have an online store as well where medications and food can be shipped directly to your house. https://fourpaws.myvetstoreonline.pharmacy/home.asp?uri=1000
ALL MEDICAL HISTORY / CONCERNS WILL BE DISCUSSED VIA PHONE
Until further notice we are discontinuing late hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Our hospital will be open from 8AM to 5PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Wednesday will continue to be half days 8AM – 1PM. The 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month 9AM-12PM
We will be available by email (as we monitor it closely) outside of business hours.
We will not be accepting cash at this point in time to limit exposure.
Information is changing daily so please be patient with us and keep an eye on our Facebook and website for up to date changes as they occur. Our staff is working hard to adjust to the changing environment and make sure that everyone is taken care of.
These protocols are being put in place to protect our clients while still taking care of our patients.
We truly thank you for your patience during this trying time.
